Door Handling Robot
Equipment developed for feeding and unloading doors and panels in the production line. The Superfici America Door Handling Robot consists of removing doors or panels from a pallet and transferring to the production line or vice versa; withdraw from production line and stack on pallets.
The robot has a reinforced beam structure, in steel plates with their machined alignment bases. Its drives are realized through servo-motors, linear guides, skate, gears and racks. The fixing of the doors and panels to the system, is accomplished through pneumatic suction cups, giving greater security and stability to the same.
The equipment removes and stacks the doors and panels on both sides of the output of the production line. Its controls are controlled through CLP, where it intelligently determines the correct positioning for the doors and panels, alternating the side as needed.
